1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Thai Properties, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules presented for a particular service. If you do not agree, please do not use the marketplace.
2. Property listings
Owners, agents and agencies are responsible for ensuring that listing information, photographs, pricing, availability, ownership claims and contact details they submit are accurate, current and lawful. You must have the necessary rights or authority to publish the content you submit.
3. Member accounts
Account holders are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity carried out through their accounts. Agent and agency accounts may be subject to additional verification or approval before listings or professional features are activated.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the marketplace for fraud, impersonation, misleading advertising, unlawful property activity, spam, harassment, malware distribution or publication of content that infringes another person’s rights.
5. Review, moderation and removal
Thai Properties may review, reject, edit for presentation, suspend or remove listings and accounts where content appears inaccurate, unlawful, abusive, duplicated, misleading or inconsistent with marketplace rules. A listing being displayed does not constitute a guarantee by Thai Properties of the property, seller, agent, title, price or availability.
6. Property information and transactions
Thai Properties provides a marketplace and discovery service. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, property transactions, inspections, negotiations, deposits, contracts, title verification and completion are between the relevant parties. Users should independently verify important property and legal information before committing to a transaction.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain responsibility for content you upload and must have permission to use photographs, floor plans, logos, descriptions and other materials. By submitting content, you grant Thai Properties the operational permission needed to display and promote that listing on the marketplace. Site branding, software, layouts and original platform content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Availability and liability
The marketplace may change, be unavailable temporarily or contain information supplied by third parties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Thai Properties does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of third-party property information.
